What does my rental include?

Each rental includes delivery, set up and take down of a birth or birthday announcement yard sign. If your rental includes a keepsake bundle we will leave it at your front door.

What information do I need to order?

Accepted Answer

In order to place an order for a stork rental we need the baby's first and middle name, length, weight, and date of birth. We also need the delivery address and phone number. If there is a gate code, security guard or sprinkler system in the front yard we will need that information as well. We accept all major credit cards over the phone.

Where will you place the lawn sign I ordered?

Accepted Answer

Once we are at your location we will find the perfect spot in your yard for your stork to maximize visibility and make sure you can get great photos! If you have a specific spot in mind just let us know! If you have a sprinkler system let us know at the time of your order.
 
Please do not move your lawn sign! If it must be moved during your rental please give us a call.

Question 4

Does someone need to be home when the announcement sign is delivered?

Accepted Answer

No, there does not need to be anyone at the delivery address for the lawn signs to be delivered and set up. If you have special instructions on where to place the yard sign, please let us know when you order.

Question 5

Do you offer sibling signs?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Sibling signs are a great way to make sure your little ones feel special as they adjust to a new baby. We offer both "big brother" and "big sister" signs that we will place near your stork.  They are customizable and yours to keep.

Question 6

Can I attach balloons to the yard sign?

Accepted Answer

No, balloons should not be tied to the sign, and can pop in the hot sun. The latex can bleed onto the sign causing permanent damage.

Can a sign be delivered to an apartment or townhome?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately we cannot deliver storks to apartment complexes but we understand that many people in the the area don't have a yard so we are happy to deliver a keepsake bundle for your door! Town homes are fine as long as their is a patch of grass big enough to hold our 6 ft stork.

Absolutely. We will do everything we can to help you celebrate your new loved one! Let us know what you have in mind.

Where do you deliver storks?

Accepted Answer

Storks & More of Austin delivers signs to most of Austin and its surrounding areas, including but not limited to, Westlake, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Spicewood, Lost Creek, Barton Creek, Steiner Ranch, Cedar Park, Dripping Springs, and Lakeway. Delivery is included in your stork rental fee if you are within 10 miles of our office based in 78731. A delivery charge for outside of our normal zone may apply. From time to time we consolidate our pick ups so you may have your stork rental a few extra days. Please don't move the sign. If you want us to pick it up early, give us a call!

Question 10

How soon will my stork sign be delivered?

Accepted Answer

It is a good idea to call us as soon as the baby is born so that we have 24-48 hours to get your new baby stork sign customized and delivered to the new family. However, we can do rush delivery in most cases for a small fee. If you need a baby shower stork or gender reveal stork please contact us in advance so we can hold a stork for you!

What happens if the yard sign gets damaged?

If you notice damage on the announcement sign please notify us immediately. Our announcement signs are durable, weather resistant and designed to last. However, the signs are not designed for climbing and cannot handle weed eating around them.
We are not responsible or liable for any and all injuries involving the sign while it is on the renter's property.

Personalized products cannot be returned for a refund.
